10kg bags and 12kg bottles were required to be lifted up to the top of a vat so an operator could empty the contents into the vessel. The operator had been carrying the bags and bottles up a stairway which was deemed to be potentially hazardous. An electric lifting device was required to carry out this operation. It had to be constructed in stainless steel so it could be easily and regularly washed down.
We consulted with client, took measurement from plans, designed and project managed the final product and delivered it ready to use.
The lift was a single mast type lift that had a minimum of seams and crevices that create a place for bacteria to grow and make it hard to wash down
