The Lift-Truk provides a solution to the dangerous practice of carrying items up and down ladders.  Loads of up to 50kg can be lifted or lowered with the hand winch operated lifting table, providing a cost effective solution for the handling of items in low to moderate volumes.  In the picking process, items may be selected, lowered and transported in one seamless action, eliminating the need for separate ladders and trolleys, therefore improving productivity.   
The Lift-Truk features an innovative mobility control system where the operator effortlessly engages a two handed lever that both deploys the caster wheels and provides steering control. Release of the lever automatically retracts the wheels, returning Lift-Truk to the stationary mode where it is very stable with all four feet maintaining floor contact. Up on the platform, the top half of the side railings can be removed giving greater access to the shelving or object being accessed.  An optional autogate is available for added operator safety.  Lift-Truk meets or exceeds all the requirements of the Australian / New Zealand standard AS/NZS 1892.1:1996.
