The T1500 Heavy-Duty Electric Tow Tug is engineered for organisations that need to move heavy loads safely, efficiently, and repeatedly in demanding industrial environments. With a towing capacity of up to 1,500kg, the T1500 is purpose-built to reduce manual handling risk while improving workflow efficiency across high-volume operations. Designed and manufactured in the Netherlands by Movexx, the T1500 combines a robust electric drivetrain with precise pedestrian control, allowing operators to manoeuvre heavy trolleys, carts, roll containers, and waste bins confidently in confined or high-traffic areas. What sets the T1500 apart is not just its capacity, but its adaptability. Through an interchangeable hook system and optional electric clamping solutions, the unit can be configured to suit a wide range of trolley designs and load types. Sitecraft works closely with clients to match the correct tug configuration, hook type, and accessories to the application — ensuring safe towing, stable load control, and long-term equipment performance. The 24V LiFePO₄ lithium battery system supports opportunity charging and rapid battery change-out, enabling extended operation with minimal downtime. An integrated Battery Management System protects battery health, delivering consistent performance in multi-shift and high-duty environments. Operator safety is integral to the design, with automatic parking brakes, emergency stop, safety reverse switch, and controlled braking via the Drive Control Lever. The adjustable tiller head maintains a safe operating distance while improving visibility, comfort, and control when towing heavy loads indoors or outdoors. For organisations seeking a reliable, high-capacity pedestrian tow tug, the T1500 delivers a proven solution — supported by Sitecraft’s industry knowledge, configuration support, and ongoing service.
