The Roll Heavy Duty Electric Lifter is a high-capacity roll lifter designed for stable roll handling and web handling where heavier rolls, higher lift points and repeat processing are part of daily production. Built in steel and rated up to 300kg at a 500mm load centre, it suits packaging, film, printing and converting operations—moving rolls between storage, changeover trolleys and unwind/rewind stations with controlled lift and predictable tracking.

Electric lift supports smooth raising and lowering so operators can align rolls to mandrels, shafts and machine interfaces without sudden movement, helping reduce manual handling risk and improving placement accuracy. The heavy-duty frame is about confidence under load—keeping the unit steady through lift travel and during fine positioning at the line. Fixed-direction 85mm front castors help the lifter track straight in process lanes, which is useful when working alongside guards and fixed equipment.

Select a boom or core-gripper setup to match core access, changeover speed and how the roll needs to be presented. For lighter rolls or tight-aisle agility, step down to the lightweight roll lifter.
