Bucket Heavy Duty Electric Lifter is a reinforced, steel bucket lifter designed for controlled gripping, lifting and pouring in higher-load workflows. Suited to production, batching, wash bays, maintenance areas and chemical/processing environments, it helps operators grip, lift, tilt and rotate buckets and similar containers with electric lift assistance—reducing manual handling risk and improving pour accuracy.

Built for demanding cycles with up to 300kg capacity and a 500mm load centre, this heavy duty unit prioritises stability and repeatable positioning. Fixed-direction front castors support straight tracking under load, while the clamp-and-rotate attachment options allow you to match the handling method to the product, container shape and decant requirements. The result is cleaner transfers, less spillage, and better control at height—whether you’re dispensing into mixers, hoppers or IBCs.

Attachment Options for Bucket Handling

Electric Clamp With Rotation System : powered grip with controlled rotation for repeatable pouring; ideal where spillage control and accurate dispense angles matter.

External Electric Clamp and Rotate Attachment : adds clamp-and-rotate capability when you need rotation control but want flexibility in how the container is presented to the station.

Manual Front Tilting Gripper : simple mechanical tilt for straightforward decanting and tip-out tasks; suited to lower-complexity pours and quick changeovers.
